Lovable Prompt Enhancer (the "Application") is a third-party utility tool designed to assist users in generating prompts for the Lovable platform. This Application is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or directly related to Lovable or any of their subsidiaries. All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Lovable Prompt Enhancer app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Yahlli Levy (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a generic tool. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it to provide the prompt enhancement services.

A. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Application, it may automatically collect certain data, including but not limited to:

Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address).
Device type, operating system version, and configuration.
Usage statistics (e.g., time spent in the app, features used).
Crash logs to help us fix bugs.

B. User-Generated Content (Prompts & Inputs)

To function as a "Prompt Enhancer," the Application collects the text data (prompts, code snippets, and descriptions) that you manually type or paste into the input fields.

Processing: This data is transmitted to our secure servers and to third-party Artificial Intelligence providers (specifically OpenAI API) to generate the enhanced output.
Storage: We store your input prompts and the generated outputs on our servers to provide you with a "History" feature, allowing you to access previous work across sessions.

⚠️ SENSITIVE DATA WARNING - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The AI models used by this Application process data on external servers. You must NOT input any sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information (PII) into the Application's prompt fields.

Please do NOT enter: Passwords, API Keys, Credit Card numbers, Social Security numbers, private health data, or proprietary trade secrets. The Service Provider is not responsible for any data leaks or security breaches resulting from users voluntarily inputting sensitive information into the prompt generator.

2. Third-Party Access and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party services required to operate the Application:

OpenAI (AI Provider): Your text prompts are sent to OpenAI to generate the enhanced responses. By using this app, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by OpenAI in accordance with their data policies.
Cloud Hosting Providers: Data is stored on secure servers to maintain your user account and history.
Affiliate Partners: If you click on links to external platforms (such as the Lovable registration link), you will be redirected to a third-party website. We may receive a commission for these referrals. Once you leave our Application, strictly the privacy policy of that third-party website applies.

3. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device.

4. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (including your Prompt History) for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete your User Provided Data, please contact us at the email address below and we will respond in a reasonable time.

5. Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.

6. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

7. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
